Jjajangmyeon 짜장면

Ingredients:

Pork ----------------------- 160 g
Water --------------------- 2 Cups
Black Bean Paste -- 1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar ---------- 2.5 Tbsp
Soy Sauce -------------- 1 Tbsp
Onion --------------------- 1 Pcs
Leek ----------------------- 1 Stalk
Cabbage ---------------- 1/6 Pcs

Preparation:

1. Add oil and black bean paste into a frying pan Then turn on the heat to medium low. Stir fry until start bubbling and retain all the black bean paste.

2. Heat up another frying pan, add oil and stir fry the leek until flavor enhanced.

3. Stir Fry with pork until golden brown.

4. Add brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir fry to enhance flavors.

5. Stir fry with the black bean paste, onion, cabbage.

6.Add boiling water and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.

7. Thicken the sauce by adding cornstarch and water

Time to enjoy with noodles!!


「韓式炸醬麵」

材料:-
豬腿肉(切細略剁).........160g
水..................................2杯
春醬...............................1/2杯
黑糖...............................2.5湯匙
醬油...............................1湯匙
洋蔥(切細).....................1個
大蔥(切碎).....................1棵
椰菜/高麗菜(切細).........1/6個

做法:-
1. 冷油鍋下春醬,中小火炸開(直至起泡泡的狀態),然後去油備用。
2. 油鍋下大蔥碎炒香,然後下豬腿肉炒至焦香,從鍋邊下黑糖和醬油去增加香味。
3. 將預備好之春醬、洋蔥、椰菜下鍋炒均勻,然後注入滾水燒開,煮至入味(約15-20分鐘),最後加入適量生粉水,把醬汁收至濃稠便可。
